\nEx-People & Culture Leader and Founder of Learna,\u00a0Lisa Lie<\/a>, created the platform to address the key skills gaps across the workforce in a relatable, engaging and actionable way. Learna has been built to encourage people to form learning habits again, spark curiosity and give organisations greater insight and understanding into what their workforce needs.<\/p>\n

\":speaking_head_in_silhouette:\"<\/span><\/b>\u00a0Example of how the referral program will work:<\/b>
\nIf you introduce Learna (via Werkling) to one of your clients who sign up for 50 users, their total annual subscription fee for the first 12 months would be $10,000. You would receive $1,000 (10%) as a referral fee as soon as the subscription is paid (upfront payment for the year is made for all subscribers).\u00a0\":warning:\"<\/span>\u00a0Learna must not already have an existing relationship or discussion happening with the business about using Learna and the introduction must be made to a decision-maker based on your relationship with them (not a\u00a0 cold lead).<\/i><\/p>\n
