The Leader was matched to two On-Demand Talent who both had deep experience across end-to-end HRIS implementation in organisations of a similar size and complexity. They both brought the experience from working with a range of different platforms.

The On-Demand Talent worked with key stakeholders across the organisation and led the end-to-end RFP process to be ready for implementation. The Leader was confident when engaging a new implementation partner with the On-Demand Talent supporting a smooth transition from design to delivery.

The ideal Werkling would be an organisation design expert, with experience in the community services sector AND experience working with these types of specialist teams. We knew just the excellent human who who ticked each of these three boxes and would be just the right fit for EACH.

The On-Demand Talent worked closely with the leader, team and stakeholders to understand the current state of play and make a series of recommendations. These recommendations have been implemented and have resulted in the removal of any duplicated efforts, a reallocation of work elements,  a refocus on high value work and a measurable performance uplift.

There were some excellent On-Demand Talent options in the Werkling Community! We gave MYOB three Talent Profles to consider, each providing case studies of prior team development projects and impact. They selected one who had an approached best aligned to the MYOB culture.
