Rachel Delaney is a commercial and technology lawyer. She is the Head of Legal and Operations at a technology scale up, Lexer. She is also a Founding Principal of Resident Legal, a fractional law firm aimed to provide commercial legal support to on-demand talent, start ups and scale-up companies. Also a corporate escapee from large enterprise and professional services, Rachel is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and small business reach their potential.
